Join us as we welcome Wendy Vineyard to help prepare us for the holidays! The Holidays can be stressful for many people, but there are ways to reduce and even say goodbye to stress! Wendy will take us through some powerful ways to shift your body and breath to help stay calm and in control during stressful times. You will be able to know how to instantly release your stress and feel positive, upbeat and optimistic – whenever you want. Wendy will provide a take-home document with a written description of each technique at the end of the evening.
Here are some of the techniques we’ll be learning:
- Breathwork to calm or prevent stress, anxiety, panic attacks, hyperventilation; and to relax before sleep
- Poses that change your state from stress and panic to uplifted and empowered so you can deal with difficult people or situations
- Movement to relax and re-centre from stress, tension and anxiety and create long-term resilience
- Masterful Observer Mindset (MOM) to let go and avoid being caught up in family melodrama
