MORE ON MANDALA
Traditional Mandalas are graphic symbols of the universe. Both meditation and integration is experienced in the creation and gazing upon these circular images. Mandalas can include traditional shapes and symbols or modern life elements. The power of the mandala circle focuses the mind in a contained, positive, and life affirming pattern. Mandalas can turn your cherished values, commitments and intentions into colourful tangible reminders. After this WWC, you will have your own mandala to take home and put where you can gaze upon it daily!
